Privacy

The free plugin reads files on your own server and makes no outside requests. We receive nothing from it.

Bumpcheck Pro sends this server your license key and your site address when you activate it, once a day to confirm the license, and when it fetches an update. Scan results are never sent. Orders are processed by Creem, the merchant of record, which collects your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy. The hosting provider records technical request data such as IP addresses.

Terms

One payment of $49 a year covers Bumpcheck Pro on up to 25 sites, with updates for that year. Both plugins are licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later.

The plugins report what a reading of the code finds. They cannot find every problem and do not promise that a site works after a PHP upgrade. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Refunds

If Bumpcheck Pro does not work on your site, write to support@getbumpcheck.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
